Service Description
Semi-Private Swim Lessons (2 Students, 1 Instructor) Our semi-private swim lessons are the perfect balance of individualized attention and peer learning. With just two students per instructor, each swimmer receives tailored guidance while also benefiting from learning alongside a partner. Lessons are designed to adapt to each student’s skill level, covering everything from water safety and foundational strokes to advanced swim techniques. This format provides a focused yet supportive environment, making it ideal for siblings, friends, or training partners who want to progress together at their own pace. Cost is $120 per student or $240 total $30 per student/lesson -- 4 lessons per month Monthly auto-pay enrollment billed on the 1st of the month. 30-minute lesson
Cancellation Policy
REGISTRATION & SERVICE FEE The Swim Shack requires an annual Registration and Service Fee of $30.00 per family. This fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. BOOKING POLICY Lesson payments are due on the first of the month. Any registration that is after the fisrt of the month will be prorated and invoiced for that month. The following month will start automated paments due on the first. TERMINATION Families may withdraw from Swim Shack Programs at any time. Requests must be submitted prior to the 25th of the month in order to avoid charges for the upcoming month. • Withdrawals received after the 25th will be charged for the following month. • Swim Shack does not provide refunds or credits for missed classes. • If you wish to return, you must re-enroll and pay the annual registration fee again. MONTHLY TUITION Tuition is billed monthly based on the number of scheduled classes per week. For example, if you are in a class once per week, you will be billed for four lessons per month (some months may include five lessons). Tuition is due on the 1st of each month. • A valid payment method must be kept on file. • Tuition will be automatically charged to your account. MAKE-UP LESSONS Make-up lessons are offered as a courtesy, subject to availability. • Students are allowed up to one make-up per month. • Make-ups must be scheduled in advance through the website • Make-ups cannot be rescheduled, transferred, or credited to future months. SWIM DIAPER POLICY All children under the age of 3, or any child not fully potty-trained, must wear two (2) swim diapers at all times while in the water. The required layers are: • A disposable swim diaper (e.g., Little Swimmers) • A reusable swim diaper (e.g., Happy Nappy or iPlay) worn on top Children without the required double swim diapers will not be permitted to enter the pool.
